Meet Jennifer - Founder of FrontPaige Business Solutions
Jennifer Turnage Woods founded FrontPaige Business Solutions out of a deep desire to help organizations maximize efficiency, overcome everyday operational challenges, and make confident, growth-driven decisions. Her vision was to create a firm rooted in practical solutions, strategic insight, and long-term impact.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California, College, graduating Summa Cum Laude; a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Menlo College; and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Software Applications from Heald College, where she also graduated Summa Cum Laude and served as Valedictorian.

As a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience across the non-profit, private, and local government sectors, Jennifer brings deep expertise and a relationship-focused approach to every engagement. She has led functions in accounting and bookkeeping, compliance, budgeting and forecasting, audits, operations, grants management, payroll, and investment accounting.
Clients take comfort in her ability to navigate the complexities of business with clarity and care. She understands the vital role that accountants and business managers play in shaping organizational success.

For the past 13 years, Jennifer has served as Director of Finance for a prominent private foundation, where she oversees critical financial operations. These include managing a $60 million budget, portfolio reporting, and helping to advance the organization’s mission through impact investing and equitable resource deployment. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning financial strategy with long-term sustainability and social impact.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer held key positions at a private university, including Senior Accountant for Contracts and Grants and Purchasing Card Services Coordinator. She has also worked with small non-profits and private companies in leadership roles such as Director of Operations, Manager of Grants and Accounting, Finance and Administration Manager, Business Office Manager, and Bookkeeper.
