Meet Jennifer Turnage, CPA - Founder of FrontPaige Business Solutions
Jennifer founded FrontPaige Business Solutions to provide the strategic financial leadership and fiduciary stewardship that mission-driven organizations need to thrive. As a CPA and seasoned executive, Jennifer serves as a bridge between complex financial ecosystems and high-level growth strategy.
Strategic CFO Leadership & Legacy Stewardship
For over 13 years, Jennifer served as the Chief Financial Officer (and formerly Director of Finance) for a prominent private foundation with an 80-year legacy. In this role, she provided the executive oversight necessary to manage the foundation's complex day-to-day operations and eventually guide the organization through its strategic sunset. Managing a $60M portfolio, Jennifer ensured financial integrity across the organization’s lifecycle—from sustaining clean audits and impact-aligned investment shifts to the final deployment of mission-aligned capital.
A Career Rooted in the Nonprofit Ecosystem
Jennifer’s journey in the social sector began in higher education at a private nonprofit university. Starting as the administrator of the university-wide purchasing card program, she was promoted to Senior Accountant for Contracts and Grants, where she mastered the nuances of institutional funding. Over the past 20 years, she has held pivotal leadership roles—including Director of Operations, Director of Finance, and Manager of Grants & Accounting—across the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. This deep, multi-faceted experience allows her to act as a "translator" between board-room vision and the technical complexities of the financial office.
Authority in Governance
Jennifer’s expertise is sought at the highest levels of philanthropic governance; she currently serves on the Finance and Governance Committee for a foundation overseeing an endowment of $180M+. Clients rely on her ability to take messy, transitional financial environments and restore them into stable, board-ready infrastructures.
